IRANO's adherence according to The Munich Summit: Principles and Framework of Cooperation
In line with the commitment of the New Iranian Order Organization – IRANO to reflect the aspirations and will of the Iranian people on the international stage, this meeting has been an effective step in articulating the legitimate demands of the Iranian people and achieving a transition to democracy.
Achievements of the Meeting:
In this meeting, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi was introduced as the sole legitimate alternative and true representative of the Iranian people for the realization of a free and democratic country. Additionally, the three-colored flag with the Lion and Sun emblem was approved as the national flag of Iran. Furthermore, the inviolability of Iran's territorial integrity was emphasized.
From IRANO's perspective, the live broadcast of this meeting was a positive step toward public participation in political decisions and the fundamental right of citizens to determine their own destiny. This action also marked an important step toward political transparency, a concept that has been denied to the Iranian people for the past 46 years.
In line with IranO's commitment to report on its activities to the Iranian people, the organization announces that after reviewing the positions and views of His Royal Highness in recent years, it proposed the formation of a new working group entitled "Legal Association" to examine transitional justice and the democratic transition from a legal perspective. IranO will continue to report its activities to the Iranian people.

**Based on the 12-point statement of the Munich Conference Meeting and in line with the shared principles and values for cooperation, IRANO emphasizes the following:**
1) We seek the overthrow of the Islamic Republic and the establishment of a national government in Iran, believing that achieving this goal requires a national revolution. We commit to cooperating with each other for the victory of Iran’s national revolution.
2) Iran is an indivisible country, with a single nation known as "the Iranian nation." Therefore, commitment to preserving the territorial integrity and unity of the Iranian nation is the foundation of our common understanding and the first non-negotiable condition for any political cooperation to save Iran.
3) We are committed to establishing the rule of law in Iran based on secular democracy, which guarantees and secures the fundamental human rights of all Iranian citizens.
4) We commit to defending the Iranian people's inherent right to choose the future form of the country's government through a free, democratic, and fair election.
5) On the path to the victory of the Iranian national revolution, our preference is to avoid violence. However, in the face of the organized and overt violence of the Islamic Republic, we defend the Iranian people's right to protect themselves and each other.
6) We believe in the strategy of maximum pressure on the Islamic Republic, maximum support for the Iranian people and their national revolution, and maximum defection from the Islamic Republic. Within this strategy, we will cooperate with each other and commit to uncovering the truth about all the regime's crimes and ensuring that the case of human rights violators and perpetrators of crimes against humanity is handled through a transparent transitional justice
7) We believe that in the aftermath of the overthrow of the Islamic Republic, the Iranian government, to maximize national interests and ensure regional peace and stability, must engage in dialogue, de-escalation, and cooperation with all governments of the world.
8) We believe in rebuilding the country's economy within the framework of a market-based economy that provides necessary opportunities for all Iranians. The national government in Iran will bring prosperity, economic growth, and sustainable development to the Iranian people by creating favorable conditions for the emergence and better utilization of the entrepreneurial spirit of Iranians both inside and outside the country.
9) We are committed to defending all the fundamental rights and freedoms of Iranian citizens, including freedom of expression and the media, freedom of the internet and information flow, freedom of religion and beliefs, freedom of assembly, freedom for women, freedom of dress, and other political, social, and civil freedoms. We will work with all our strength to eliminate religious, gender, and sexual discrimination.
10) We are committed to protecting the environment, wildlife, natural resources, and the cultural heritage of Iran, and emphasize the important role of the national government alongside the general public and civil society organizations in this regard.
11) Based on the broad demand of the Iranian people, which has been reflected in their slogans and messages in recent years, we consider Prince Reza Pahlavi as the leader of the national revolution and the transitional period, until the formation of the first National Assembly and the establishment of a democratic government through free elections. We will support him with all our strength on this path.
12) We regard the three-colored flag of the Lion and Sun, which has roots in the long and intertwined history of the Iranian state and people, as the symbol of national unity and the flag of the extensive struggles of the Iranian people. We will continue our fight side by side under this flag.
IRANO believes in unity, solidarity, and effective diplomacy. We will deploy all our resources for constructive engagement with the international community, democratic institutions, and influential international figures to take practical steps toward achieving freedom and democracy in Iran within above mentioned agreement.
Our coordinating activites will be formed among the groups in order to facilitate cooperation on projects of mutual interest in advancement of the national revolution in Iran.
Long live Iran!
The New Iranian Order Organization – IRANO
